Today I spontaneously stumbled my way into Tartine and I'm sure glad I did!! The two baristas working this morning were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a lemon cream tart. 5/5 in Flavor, Texture and Freshness!! I'll definitely be having that again on my next visit. For my drink I had the "Morning Bun Latte" also a 5/5. Not too sweet perfect in flavor and temp. Can't wait to try other drinks on the menu. Parking kinda sucks. There is only street parking on Adams or in the neighborhoods but you might get lucky and find a spot as you pull up. Overall the vibes here are welcoming and cool. I like the outdoor seating and could be a fun spot either for a date or just to hand out with some friends over some good tasting coffee.

i'm a consistent regular of this tartine location and always have a great experience with the staff there! they are incredibly friendly and kind :) the vanilla latte is simple, but really hits. the bakery items taste extremely fresh-- i recommend the morning bun and the ham/cheese croissant! there is only outdoor seating and no public restroom/wifi. the seating = a few picnic tables with umbrellas and stand alone circle tables. not a good location for working or prolonged hang outs, as the car traffic can get a little busy/noisy outside the store.

Cute lil bakery on West Adams serving fresh bread and yummy pastries! Staff is lovely. Interior is tiny but they do have a few tables under some umbrellas outside. My boyfriend and I tried the egg sando and avocado tartine and couldn't resist also picking up a morning bun at checkout. The egg sando was served nicely chilled and tasty. I typically don't like ordering avocado toasts at restaurants, but their avocado tartine was surprisingly worthwhile; very fresh and flavorful and not shy with the mashed avocado. Also so glad we didn't skip the morning bun as it was a nice balance between flaky, chewy, and "not-too-sweet"!

This is a smaller Tartine location in comparison to the many restaurants and bakeries they have in other parts of LA, however it is just as great! I love their bread, coffee and how sweet the workers are even in the earliest of mornings. Thank you to these hardworking folks for making such a great morning experience for many people!

I order from here. It's fresh and feels like a delicacy every time. They really know what they're doing with fermentation and also with their pastries. Highly recommend .

What a cute spot. I came here with my son on a weekday morning, and was glad to see that they had high chairs, despite only having outdoor seating. It seems like most people just take the baked things to go, but we stayed and had avocado tartine bacon, and a couple of drinks. The toast was absolutely amazing! There is plenty of street parking, and everybody was super nice. I'm taking off one star because there is no bathroom for customers.

I have heard about all the new spots opening up in West Adams so I met a friend here. Be aware, seating is only outside. But it was a nice day so no problem. I ordered the turkey and cheese melt with pesto. Of course, it was on homemade bread and was delicious. Melty and savory and yummy. I also got the hibiscus tea, because to be perfectly frank I'm obsessed with hibiscus tea. (You gotta try it, tart and wonderful and lowers your cortisol levels.) To top it off on this lovely day, the wonderful cashier brought me out a lovely scone at no charge ("for a sweet treat"). I thought that was so wonderful and it totally made my day.

Tartine is so tasty. This particular location has an awesome staff. They have savory sandwiches as well and their Ceasar salad is pretty good for a bakery and will fill you up. Love the morning bun and toast and jam with butter...DELISH. Shop is cute with merch. Although I have found their coffee to be inconsistent, over the 10 times I've been here my latte has tasted the same 4 times. Nice seating outside, very bright and airy. Next door is the bakery and you can taste the freshness
